PRAA members are active participants in every area of the organization: members create the organization, the art, and ultimately the community experience. Get involved and enjoy where the experience can take you!
PRAA provides monthly art receptions, gallery shows of member and youth art,  space for art classes, interactive demonstrations, workshops, member meetings and Guilds.

Guide Star 

Paso Robles Art Association is a non-profit 501 c (3) open membership organization with the mission: to raise awareness and appreciation of the arts within the membership and the community at large, to provide community outreach and youth art education.  PRAA offers members artwork for sale in  gallery shows.  In keeping with contemporary practice, the organization accepts all mediums in gallery shows and promotes juried shows, which gives primacy to concept or intention of the artist, regardless of the medium of expression.

In 1949, enthusiastic art lovers started the Paso Robles Art Guild, which grew into the Paso Robles Art Association – PRAA – a non-profit 501c(3) organization.  Artists, art appreciators and business sponsors are invited to be members!

Board Meetings  are on the calendar.  All members are invited.

Monthly PRAA General Meetings:

General meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month, except for  August and December , there’s no general meeting. General Meetings are at 10 am until noon. We host a brief member orientation, update member news and host an interactive, artist demonstration.  Members and their guests are invited!

When ‘Studios on the Park’ is closed, enter at the back of the building on Railroad avenue thru the Big Yellow door.

Whether members contribute through participation and volunteerism or through financial means, members are the key to energizing PRAA’s spirit!
