Arte de Tiza

Arte de Tiza

The sidewalks surrounding the Paso Robles park will come alive on a Saturday morning in September as over 100 excited artists paint in chalk and compete to be chosen the best in their category. This event is produced by the Paso Robles Art Association and is FREE to participants! Enjoy Arte de Tiza on Saturday, September 17th, 2016

Over 100 squares are marked off and artists, individually or in groups, design the most amazing chalk art. There are five divisions: Pre-School, Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Adult. All 5 division winners receive awards for their accomplishments. This entire event is made possible by community-minded people and businesses like you!

Our generous sponsors for the Arte de Tiza included Rita’s Rainbows, Plymouth Church, Lions, Elks, Moose and the Optimist Club of Paso Robles.

“Arte de Tiza” is made possible by Paso Robles Art Association member volunteers and Optimist Club volunteers.  The funds raised through sponsorships and donations provide scholarships for north county art students at Cuesta College.
