Paso Robles Art Association – PRAA offers ‘Art for Everyone’! PRAA is a non-profit 501c(3) organization with the mission: to raise awareness and appreciation of the arts. PRAA serves to provide community outreach, youth art education and offer members’ artwork for sale in gallery shows. Starting in 1949 as an Art Guild, the association was and still is self funded, operated entirely by volunteers. PRAA members are people just like you: artist, art appreciators and business patrons. Be a Member.
Research shows participating in the arts improves well being at all ages, and it’s good for the economy, too. Membership is open for everyone: teens on past octogenarians, artist, art lovers and art sponsors. Be a member!
In keeping with contemporary practice, the organization accepts all mediums in gallery shows and sponsors juried shows, which give first consideration to the concept or intention of the artist, regardless of the medium of expression.
